September 8, 2017; tonight we were treated to a stunning start to this years Aurora hunting season as a result of recent Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). Looking north from the coastline just east of North Berwick, East Lothian, we were treated to a gorgeous display of the Northern Lights with beautiful waves of colour right across the Firth of Forth, with greens, purples and reds forming pillars and curtains of light. What a show!
